Description:
'This wine is based predominantly on Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Malbec, Merlot and Shiraz in varying proportions which fluctuate form year to year. Fermentation is finished in barrel and then matured for a further two-and-a-half years in French and American oak hogsheads prior to bottling. Medium red-purple; a fragrant and elegant bouquet with spicy, berry and cedar aromas is followed by an intense but quite harmonious palate, where the highly attractive oak does not overshadow the fruit, and finishes with fine, ripe tannins.'-James Halliday
