Description: 'Saturated ruby. Sauvage aromas of smoked game and saddle leather. Sweet and lush, with game and pepper flavors given clarity by strong, harmonious acids. A wine of considerable volume and impressive structure. Really explodes on the finish, with the substantial tannins coating the entire palate. Quite Hermitage-like.'-International Wine Cellar
