Explosive aromas of surmaturite: black raspberry, dark chocolate, smoked meat, roasted nuts and garrigue. Huge and voluptuous, with superripe Christmas cake and dark chocolate flavors. A sumptuous bouquet of liquid minerals, pepper, blackberries, acacia flowers, and hints of blueberries as well as cassis, this full-bodied classic has terrific palate penetration and mouthstaining levels of extract.
