Pale straw, excellent persistent fine beads. Fine, bready nose with subtle citrussy Chardonnay fruit dominant, with range of underlying nutty Pinot Noir fruit flavors adding complexity. Reserve wines contribute developed fruit aromas adding depth, intensity and balance. Extremely fine and well- balanced. There is a wonderful subtle creaminess and mouth-feel that is the hallmark of the Yarrabank style.'
